Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via email, phone, or in-store at 202 N Main St, Starbuck, MN 56381. Please be prepared to return the item at your own expense and provide a brief explanation of the issue, along with any relevant photos. We will review your claim and determine if a replacement is warranted at our sole discretion.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier to inquire about the status of your package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
